Quite honestly, this popup was added by GoDaddy. I turned off the "advanced tracking" feature because I'm really not all that interested in website analytics -- I'm not trying to make money from this site, just share archives. GoDaddy likely does far more with any cookies from this site than I ever will. I'm really not even sure what happens whether you turn cookies on or off.
